多体位医用X射线防护屏的研制

     

摘要

Objective To develop a new multi-position medical X-ray shielding screen combined with protection needs in X-ray diagnosis. Methods The technical design for the lfip bracket, the support shaft, shielding cloth, movable frame and a spring lock device implements lfexible operation of the new device. Results The shield owns virtues of small footprint, mobile and lfexible, easy to operate, reliable performance, can effectively protect the patients during X-ray projection. Conclusion The new shield could meet the requirements of multi-position protections during X-ray examination, avoid wearing and taking off the traditional lead-off protective clothing, hats, skirts and prevent the cross-transmission of bacteria attached to lead surface, improve ease of operation and physician services quality for patients.%目的:结合X线检查诊断的防护需求,研制一种新型多体位X射线防护屏。方法对防护屏的翻转支架、支撑轴、屏蔽布、活动架以及弹簧锁等装置进行技术设计,实现新型多体位X线防护屏的灵活操作。结果该防护屏占用空间小、移动灵活、操作方便、性能可靠,能有效实现患者X射线投照时的防护。结论研制的新型多体位X射线防护屏可满足X射线受检者多体位的防护要求,避免穿脱传统铅防护衣、帽、裙的麻烦,同时防止附着在铅衣表面细菌的交叉传播,提高了医师操作的便捷性和服务质量。
