效益质量考评在医疗设备管理中的应用

摘要

The efifciency management of medical equipment was introduced into the quality evaluation system, which was not only connected with the performance of related departments, but also was taken as an important indicator for procurement of medical equipment in each department. This method could really make the medical equipment efifciency analysis and procurement integrated into quality evaluation for each department. As a result, it provided useful guidance for each department to prepare annual purchasing plan and make full use of limited funds in the most effective project.%将医疗设备效益管理纳入质量考评，与科室的绩效挂钩，并以此作为使用科室申购医疗设备的一项重要指标，具有指导意义。我院将设备效益分析纳入科室的质量考评，并融入设备购买论证的分析中，为医院各科室编制年度申购计划起到较好的指导作用，将有限的资金用在最有效的项目上。
