军队医院等级评审中加强骨科内植入材料管理的探讨

摘要

本文分析了基层医院骨科材料管理现状以及等级评审对植入性材料的管理要求,指出了骨科金属内植入材料管理中存在的问题,从院部领导高度重视、完善相关规章制度、强化条码管理和双向质量追溯等方面重点阐述了医院等级评审中的实践经验,以期为医学装备管理部门对加强骨科植入性耗材的精细化管理提供参考.%This paper analyzed the status quo of orthopedic material management in grassroots hospitals and relevant management requirements of implant medical materials in classiifcation review. And the deficiency of orthopedic material management was also pointed out. Additionally, some suggestions were put forward from various aspects, including the high emphasis from the leaders of the hospital and department, improved rules and regulations, intensiifed bar code management and two-way quality tracing, in order to provide references for the ifne management of orthopedic materials.
