新型液位探测技术在医用超声雾化器中的应用设计

         

摘要

Objective To design a scheme that can simplify the water level detection structure of the sinks in the mainstream medical ultrasonic atomizers. Methods A new type of non-contact liquid level detection technique based on capacitive sensing principle was used to detect water level at the outer wall of the atomizer. Results The new liquid level detection technique could accurately judge the water shortage in the flume. It could stop the atomizer from working when the water was lacking and made the atomizer work normally when the water was adequate. Conclusion The new liquid level detection technology is safe and reliable, which is an excellent alternative to traditional water level detection technology. The technology can not only prevent the atomizing piece from being overheated and damaging the atomizer, but also simplify the water level detection structure of the sink, so as to lessen the disinfection blind angles in the sink, reduce the rate of then generation of bacteria and dirts and the rate of superinfection in the hospital.%目的 设计一种能简化主流医用超声雾化器产品水槽内部水位探测结构的方案.方法 在雾化器水槽外壁使用新型的基于电容感应原理的非接触式液位探测技术进行水位探测.结果 新型液位探测技术能准确判断水槽的缺水状态,缺水时使雾化器停止工作,水位足够时使雾化器正常工作.结论 新型液位探测技术安全可靠,是替代传统水位探测技术的优良方案.此技术可防止雾化片干烧而损坏雾化器,也可简化水槽的内部结构,从而减少水槽的消毒死角,降低细菌和污垢的形成以及患者在院内二次感染的机率.
