本文针对医院设备软件质量的评价需求,提出了一种基于SaaS模式的医疗设备应用软件质量评价的方法 ,完成该行业内软件质量评价模型并设计了与之相适应的度量方法 .通过借鉴现有的SaaS软件服务度量指标,基于质量模型,从医疗服务的易用性、定制性、响应性以及安全可靠性等指标出发,建立了SaaS模式的医疗设备应用软件的质量评价体系.运用模糊综合评价方法 对其进行综合评价,并对该体系进行信度和效度检测,最后利用UML建模技术、.net技术设计并实现了基于SaaS模式医疗应用软件的质量评价系统.通过对质量模型进行验证,为推动医疗产业信息化获得良好、稳定、持续的发展奠定了基础.%In order to meet the requirement of evaluating the quality of hospital equipment software, a method for evaluating the quality of medical equipment application software based on SaaS model was proposed. Meanwhile, the software quality evaluation model was completed and the measurement method was designed in this study. By referring to the existing SaaS software service metrics, the quality evaluation system of medical device application software in SaaS model which was based on the ease of use, customization, responsiveness and safety and reliability of medical services was established. Then the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to evaluate the system and the reliability and validity of the system were tested. Finally, the quality evaluation system based on SaaS model medical application software was designed and realized by using UML modeling technology and .net technology. Through the verification of the quality model, it has laid a foundation for promoting the good, stable and sustainable development of medical industry informatization.
