目的 探索利用微信企业号提供医院内部业务信息查询服务的实践方法 ,并评价其应用效果.方法 申请微信企业号,设置通讯录,开发医院业务数据查询、医院业务数据定时推送等企业号应用.结果 基于微信企业号的医院内部服务平台启用后,医院业务数据报表查询渠道从PC端拓展到了移动端,报表查询频次从月报优化为自定义查询时间段,报表获取方式在手动查询的基础上增加了定时推送.结论 应用基于微信企业号的医院内部服务平台,能够切实提高医院内部信息服务水平,对医院移动信息化建设和发展具有重大意义.%Objective To explore the implementation of providing hospital operational information query service by using enterprise WeChat account, and evaluate its application effect. Methods Firsrly, an enterprise WeChat account was applied. Then, user directory was set up, the enterprise account applications to accomplish the query was developed and hospital operational data and other information inquiry functions were timely pushed. Results After the use of enterprise WeChat account-based service platform in hospital, the channel to query reports had been extended from PC terminal to mobile terminal, the frequency of reports had been optimized from monthly to customized, and the timed push mode had also been added to rich the reports obtaining access method. Conclusion The application of the enterprise WeChat account-based service platform in hospital can availably improve hospital's information service level, and is of great significance to the construction and development of hospital mobile informatization.
