医疗设备全生命周期信息管理系统的开发与应用

         

摘要

目的 设计开发一套医疗设备全生命周期信息管理系统,以适应医院现代化建设的需要,提高医疗设备的利用率和管理人员的工作效率.方法 采用应用过程控制理论,在医院HIS系统应用普及基础上,充分利用已有局域网资源,采用C/S (客户/服务器)结构模式,选用PowerBuilder强大的数据窗口功能,完成系统的各项功能.结果 该系统按分级授权可以实现设备整个生命周期内包括医院领导、管理机关、使用科室、使用操作人员在内全员参与的多视角的全方位管控,实现多个闭路的管理控制环,完成真正意义上的完整的设备生命周期管理.结论 该系统的应用能够彻底改变医疗设备的管理现状,全面提升医院管理的信息化水平.%Objective To meet the needs of hospital modernization, improve utilization of medical equipment and efficiency of staff, a full life-cycle process information management system for medical equipment was designed. Methods In this paper, the medical equipment management system was designed using application process control theory. The system's functions were completed on the basis of the application and popularization of HIS and the full use of existing LAN resources, using C/S (client/server) structure mode and the powerful data window function of Powerbuilder. Results According to the hierarchical authority within the device, the system could achieve the entire life cycle management of medical equipment including hospital leadership, management agencies, departments and operators. The system could realize closed loop management and really complete the full equipment lifecycle management. Conclusion The status quo of medical equipment management can be completely changed and the level of information of hospital's management can be enhanced after application of the system.
