评价一次性使用输血器具用尼龙血液过滤网过滤性能的新方法

摘要

建立一种使用240µ m和160µ m的标准粒子溶液评价尼龙血液过滤网过滤性能新方法，代替传统人体血液的评价方法。并通过试验证实，用该方法评价过滤网的过滤性能具有良好的重复性，操作简便、试验材料可得性强、避免因使用血液带来的安全隐患等优点。可用于尼龙血液过滤网和输血器生产的过程控制。%Develop a new method using standard particles (240 µm and 160 µm) to evaluate ifltration performance of nylon blood iflter nets. It wil be instead of the traditional method using human blood. And it has been veriifed by making test according to the method to evaluate ifltration performance of iflter that it has many advantages, such as good repeatability, easy to operate, test material being obtained easily, eliminating a security risk associated with the blood and so on. It can be used in the process control of nylon blood iflter nets and transfusion sets.
