利用模糊综合评价法对腹腔镜手术器械的人因设计评价研究

摘要

本研究采用调查问卷的形式，利用模糊综合评价法并结合层次分析法对腹腔镜手术器械的人因工程学设计进行评价。在本研究中，采访30位微创外科医生，利用调查问卷的方式，对于在手术中使用腹腔镜手术器械时身体的舒适度相关方面进行评价。利用层次分析法整理数据算出相应的权重。采用模糊综合评价法处理数据，得到合理性建议。这个研究方法可以改善模糊综合评价法。研究结果可以作为腹腔镜手术器械在人因工程学方面的改进设计的参考。%This study aims to evaluate the ergonomics design about the laparoscopic surgical instruments by using questionnaires, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and AHP. In this study, 30 invasive surgeons was interviewed to accomplish the questionnaire, and evaluated aspects related to the body of comfort when using laparoscopic surgery instruments. Using AHP to calculates corresponding finishing weight data. Processing data by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and obtaining reasonable proposals. The research methord can be used to improve the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The results can be used as laparoscopic instruments in ergonomics improvements in the design of reference.
