腹部手术切口脂肪液化采用红外线防治的临床研究

摘要

Objective:To investigate the fat liquefaction of abdominal incision with the clinical research of infrared control. Method:This paper selects my courtyard in 2013 08 months~2014 years 08 months admitted 120 cases of abdominal incision fat liquefaction patients,which were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, the control group with routine dressing replace mode,treatment group adopted the treatment efficacy in the treatment of multi-source infrared method,compared two groups of patients. Results:treatment group total effectiveness is 100%,treatment group total effectiveness is 83.33%,compared two groups of results there was a significant difference(P<0.05),with statistical significance. Conclusion:abdominal operation incision fat liquefaction patients using infrared control mode in the course of treatment,can significantly improve the patient’s treatment effect,reduce the incidence of complications,and worth of clinical application.%目的：探讨腹部手术切口脂肪液化采用红外线防治的临床研究。方法：本文选取我院于2013年08月～2014年08月收治的120例腹部手术切口脂肪液化患者，将其随机分为治疗组和对照组，对照组采用常规更换敷料方式，治疗组采用多源红外线治疗方式，对比两组患者的治疗疗效。结果：治疗组的治疗总有效率为100.00%，对照组的治疗总有效率为83.33%，两组结果对比存在显著性差异（P<0.05），具有统计学意义。结论：腹部手术切口脂肪液化患者在治疗过程中采用红外线防治方式，能够明显提高患者的治疗效果，降低并发症发生率，值得在临床上推广应用。
