Objective:The application value of the bags under the eyes with tears groove deformity with modified Hamra pouch surgery. Methods:50 cases of bags under the eyes with tears groove deformity were randomly divided into two groups,to accept the traditional Hamra eye surgery as control group,to accept the modified Hamra pouch surgery as the observation group,25 cases each group. Clinical treatment of the two groups were compared the total satisfaction rate. Results:14 cases in the observation group satisfaction, satisfactory 8 cases,3 cases were not satisfied with the person,the treatment for the overall satisfaction rate of 88%. 10 cases were significantly better than the control group treatment satisfaction,satisfactory 5 cases,are not satisfactory in 10 cases,the treatment for the overall satisfaction rate of 60%(P<0.05). Conclusion:The modified Hamra pouch surgery can significantly improve the bags under the eyes with tears groove deformity treatment total satisfaction rate,clinical use.%目的：对眼袋伴发泪槽沟畸形患者应用改良Hamra眼袋手术治疗的应用价值。方法：将50例眼袋伴发泪槽沟畸形患者随机分为两组，以接受传统Hamra眼袋手术者为对照组，以接受改良Hamra眼袋手术者为观察组，每组25例。分别对比两组临床治疗总满意率。结果：观察组治疗满意者14例，基本满意者8例，不满意者3例，治疗总满意率为88.00%，明显优于对照组的治疗满意者10例，基本满意者5例，不满意者10例，治疗总满意率为60.00%（P<0.05）。结论：改良Hamra眼袋手术可明显提高眼袋伴发泪槽沟畸形者的治疗总满意率，临床值得使用。
