牙周病的预防和口腔健康

摘要

Objective:To study the preventive method of periodontal disease and oral health education effect. Methods:80 cases of periodontitis from March,2012 to December,2013 in the hospital were studied. Using retrospective data analysis method to research the effective health education on all patients during treatment. Results:Through investigation and study of the hospital,there was periodontal disease proportion difference among patients of different ages. There was significant difference in all patients before treatment CPI score before and after CPI evaluation before and after treatment on periodontal disease (P<0.05),with statistical significance. Conclusion:For the investigation of periodontitis patients,the lesions appear to vary with the age and living habits. To carry out the oral health education can effectively improve the periodontal disease,and is worthy of clinical application and generalization.%目的：研究牙周病的预防方法以及口腔健康教育所产生的效果。方法：选取本院自2012年3月～2013年12月间进行牙周病治疗的80例患者进行研究。采用回顾性资料分析方法对所有患者治疗过程中的健康教育成效研究。结果：经过本院的调查研究，所选取的患者存在着年龄段不同牙周病存在的比例不相同，所有患者对牙周病的治疗前后的CPI评价治疗前的CPI评分治疗前后存在着显著性差异（P＜0.05），具有统计学意义。结论：对于牙周炎的患者调查研究，出现病变随着年龄的变化和生活习惯的变化而改变，开展口腔健康教育可以有效的改善牙周疾病，值得临床的应用和推广。
