消痤饮治疗寻常型痤疮120例临床观察

摘要

Objective To investigatedrinkeliminateacnetreatmentof acne vulgarisclinical results.MethodsHospitalin 2011to2013were treated240 casesof acne vulgarispatients were randomlydivided into observationgroup and control group,observation groupXiaocuodrinkwestern medicinetreatment,the control grouponly westerntreatment ,comparingtwo groups of patientstherapeutic effect.Results Theoverallresponse rate was95%,only 60% ofthe control group,the difference wasstatisticallysignificance(P<0.05).In addition,therelapseinthe observation groupwas also significantlylower than the controlgroup(P <0.05).ConclusionsInthe clinical treatmentof acne vulgaris,acneeliminationwith acoolingdrinkblood,Xuanfeiheat,conditioningChong and Renefficacyin patients withendocrine disorderscan significantly improvetheproblem, butno recurrenceaftercure,should be promotedin the clinical application.%目的：探讨消痤饮治疗寻常型痤疮的临床效果。方法选取我院2011年到2013年收治的240例寻常型痤疮患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组应用西药结合消痤饮治疗，对照组则单纯西药的治疗，比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组总的有效率达到95%，对照组则只有60%，两组比较差异具有统计学上的意义（P＜0.05）。此外，在病情复发上，观察组也显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论在寻常型痤疮的临床治疗上，消痤饮具有凉血活血、宣肺清热、调理冲任的功效，可以明显改善患者内分泌失调的问题，而且治愈后不易复发，应当在临床上推广应用。
