大功率空气静压轴承电主轴

摘要

介绍自行研究设计的空气静压轴承高频电主轴设计上的特点：一是空气轴承采用“全支承”结构，显著地提高轴承的承载能力和刚度；二是较国内同类型产品其变频电机的输出功率显著增大，可适应高效磨削的要求。%The series of static pressure air bearing high frequency electricspindle is one of the hi-tech products in the 21st century.This product replaces ball bearings which are used in traditional high-speed grinding tools with air bearing.There are 2 features in its design:first,the all round bearing structure adopted by air bearing improving the load capacity and stiffness of the bearing greatly;second,compared with the same frequency products at home,the power of alterable frequency electrical motor is much higher,which meets to the requirements from high-efficiency grinding processes.
