供应商参与产品协同开发的任务分配优化

         

摘要

从制造企业的视角出发,针对供应商参与产品协同开发的特点以及任务分配的一般要求,构建了基于双层规划的产品协同开发任务分配模型。分别以战略紧密程度最大化和开发时间最短作为模型的上下层目标,并以战略供应商战略地位、单个供应商所能承担的子任务数量、开发时间以及开发成本作为模型的约束条件。结合直觉模糊理论,将其转化为直觉模糊双层规划模型;并采用量子遗传算法对实例进行求解,实现了子任务的优化分配,不仅保证了产品开发的完成时间,而且确保了制造企业与供应商的紧密合作。%For the characteristics of supplier involvement in cooperative product development and the requirements of task allocation,a bi-level programming was proposed to establish from the manufacturing enterprise' viewpoint.The objective of the upper level was strategy tightness which should be maximized,and the objective of the low level was development time which should be minimized.The constraint of the upper level was the strategic position of strategic supplier,whereas the constraints of the low level were the quantity of subtask,development time and development cost,which supplier could be assumed.The bi-level programming was transformed to the intuitionistic fuzzy form.And the quantum genetic algorithm(QGA) was used to solve the instance.Allocation optimization of subtasks was realized,so as to ensure the accomplishment time of product development and the close cooperation between manufacturing enterprise and suppliers.
