超重型数控落地铣镗床立柱结构优化研究

         

摘要

According to finite element analysis,the laws of deformation and stress of a loaded column were obtained,and the natural frequency of each step and modes of column were also given.Taking the minimum compliances of the column as the objective and the volume as the constraint,a model of topology optimization of column was established.The sensitivity value of each section was used as the criterion of modification and removing of the topological units,and the sensitivity parameters were normalized,so the convergence speed was accelerated and the pathological load happened in optimization process was avoided effectively.Considering the casting technique of column,the optimization proposals of structure were given,and the optimized results were verified by finite element analysis method.%通过有限元分析得出立柱受载荷后的变形和应力分布规律及各阶固有频率和振型;以静载荷作用下柔度最小为目标,以体积为约束,建立了立柱结构拓扑优化的数学模型;将各截面单元的灵敏度数值大小作为拓扑单元修改与去除的判据,通过灵敏度参数的归一化处理,加快了迭代收敛速度,避免了优化过程中载荷奇异的发生;综合考虑立柱结构铸造工艺等因素,给出了立柱结构拓扑优化建议,并通过有限元技术对优化效果进行了仿真验证。
