倾斜微孔密封端面气体润滑动压效应实验研究

     

摘要

对密封压力影响下倾斜微孔端面的气体润滑动压效应进行了实验研究,采用石墨动环和SiC静环配副实现旋转气体润滑.静环试件端面加工有与直径成一定倾斜角度的椭圆微孔,实验中对4种微孔端面的气体润滑膜厚度进行了测量,分析了密封压力和转速对气膜厚度的影响规律.结果表明:转速越高,气膜厚度越大,动压效应越强;密封压力越高,动压效应对膜厚的影响越小;双列倾斜微孔端面的动压效应优于单列倾斜微孔端面的动压效应.%Hydrodynamic effect of inclined micro-pored gas face seals was investigated experimentally herein. The tests were carried out on a rotating seal set -up consisted of a carbon rotor and a SiC stator, where the stator was textured with inclined ellipse micro -pores. Film thickness of four textured faces was measured and discussed in different cases of seal pressure and rotating speed. Results show that the inclined ellipse micro-pored seal faces have obvious hydrodynamic effect in gas lubrication cases. Film thickness increases with increasing rotating speed, while influence of hydrodynamic effect on the film thickness decreases with increasing seal pressure. Faces with double-row inclined micro-pores have larger hydrodynamic effect than those with the single-row.
