For the cross-linked structure,physical and chemical properties of thermosetting polyu-rethane,regenerative forming mechanism was studied based on the coupled thermo-mechanical mod-el;the structure and activities of recycling materials were analyzed,micro-structure and properties of regenerated materials were analyzed,and the mechanical strengths of new materials were tested.At last,influence factors and their significance for regeneration effects were discussed and evaluated.Ex-periments and analyses results show that:the regeneration forming process and methods based on the coupled thermo-mechanical model,greatly improve the recycling rate of waste materials under ensu-ring mechanical performances of regenerated materials,and realize the recycling of waste thermoset-ting polyurethane and the products.%针对热固性聚氨酯的网状交联结构及物理化学性质,研究了基于热力耦合材料模型的再生成形机理;分析了回收料的结构组成及其化学反应活性、再生材料的微观结构及其性质;测试了新材料的机械强度,并对再生成形效果的影响因素及其显著性进行了讨论及评价。实验与分析结果表明:基于热力耦合模型,再生成形实验所采用的工艺与方法,在保证再生材料力学性能的前提下,提高了废旧料的回收利用率,实现了废旧热固性聚氨酯及其产品的循环再利用。
