G MA止推油膜轴承瓦块均载调整试验研究

     

摘要

The structure and the principles of an oil-film thrust bearing were introduced based on GMA.The testing rig supported by this type of the bearings was built up.Running-in experiments, single-pad loading adj ustment experiments and uniform-loading adj ustment experiments including manual and automactic methods among different pads on the testing rig under different working condi-tions were completed to verify the performance of the thrust bearing.GMA was located at the sup-porting place of the pad and used to support the pad of the controllable bearing.Temperature signals as feedback parameters were used to control the magnetic field of GMA to alter oil-film clearance of the pad,which the load on a pad might be changed and was homogeneous to prevent the local high-temperature phenomenon of the bearing by controlling oil-film clearance at the supporting place of the pad.The results indicate that the controllable bearing with the GMA devices has the ability to adj ust oil-film clearance of a pad and avoids imbalance load phenomenon among different pads and bears the uniform load for every pad for the same thrust bearing.%介绍了一种基于超磁致伸缩驱动器(GMA)的止推油膜轴承的结构和工作原理,搭建了GMA止推油膜轴承试验台,进行了止推油膜轴承的跑合试验、单瓦载荷调节试验以及手动和自动均载调节试验。该轴承以瓦块的温度作为反馈信号,改变GMA的伸长量可控制止推瓦块的油膜间隙,使同一止推轴承的不同瓦块承受载荷尽量均匀,能够防止止推轴承偏载现象发生,避免止推油膜轴承由于偏载引起的局部高温。试验结果表明,利用GMA调节止推轴承的油膜间隙、实现止推瓦块的均载方案是可行的。
