炼油厂循环水中微量油的检测方法

         

摘要

为及时快速测定循环水中微量油,保障装置的安全生产以及长周期运行,该文提出用光散射的方法快速测定炼油厂循环水中微量油,考察散射光像素点在13~35区间内,散射光积分值与柴油水溶液浓度在0~30mg/L呈线性,相关系数r2=0.9954;同时考察方法的准确度、重复性和稳定性,在5~30 mg/L范围内,相对误差低于10%,相对标准偏差RSD≤3.5%.该方法简单、快速、分析结果准确可靠,已在实验室成功应用于延迟焦化等装置循环水中微量油的测定,为下一步在线监测打下基础.%In order to make sure the safe production and long period operation of circulating water, a method for rapid determining trace oil in circulating water of refinery is proposed by using light scattering method. The scattering light integral value is linear with the concentration of 0-30 mg/L in 13-35. The correlation coefficient is r2=0.9954. And the accuracy, repeatability and stability of the method were also investigated, the relative standard deviation is RSD≤3.5%, the relative tolerance is less than 10% in 5-30 mg/L. The method is simple, fast and accurate. It has been applied to the measurement of trace oil in the device of delayed coking in the laboratory, the next step is to lay the foundation for the online application of the device.
