e-航海战略框架下视觉航标发展的探讨

文中分析了e-航海战略框架对传统视觉航标发展的影响和带来的新的应用意义，提出了视觉航标融入e-航海战略发展的思路，包括持续提供协调统一的助航服务，跟踪并推动相关国际标准、导则的发展，拓展视觉航标的应用功能，以及根据用户需求引导转型发展。%The paper analyzes the influence of e-navigation strategy framework on the development of traditional visual aids to navigation (AtoN) and the new application significance it brings about. It puts forward the thinking of incorporating visual AtoN into the development of e-navigation strategy, including continuously providing coordinated and unified AtoN service, keeping up with and promoting the development of relevant international standards and guidelines, expanding the application functions of visual AtoN, and leading the transformation development based on customer demands.
