碳酸锰矿洗矿溢流样中有效成分的回收利用研究

         

摘要

通过分析广西大新锰矿选矿厂碳酸锰矿洗矿液中的有效成分,结合电解金属锰的生产工艺,对碳酸线洗矿液中的溢流矿样进行了回收利用的实验研究.研究表明:溢流矿中锰的浸出率达92%以上,浸出液经过滤,硫化除重后,符合电解金属锰的生产要求.经济效益评估表明:对广西大新锰矿选矿厂碳酸线溢流矿样进行回收利用,每年的经济效益超过2 800万元.%Through an analysis of the active ingredient of washing manganese carbonate ore fluid in concentration plant of Daxin Manganese Mine of Guangxi, we have used processing technique of electrolytic manganese metal, recovering and utilizing manganese carbonate ore in fluid of carbonated line that was studied. Results shows that leaching rate of manganese can reach more than 92% and electrolytic manganese metal could be produced by using the solution after filtering process. Heavy metals are removed by sulphidizing process. Assessment of economic benefit showed that recovering and utilizing manganese carbonate ore in fluid of carbonated line and the economic benefit could be more than 28 million Yuan a year.
