计算机过程控制系统在锌冶炼系统的应用

In the process of zinc smelting to improve the efficiency of smelting,we would apply it to the computer process control system so as to improve metallurgical automation level and the international competitive advantage.Zinc smelting,both in testing of raw materials and transportation and in potroom cathode zinc output,will be followed by the DCS control room to track and control.The system can be real-time monitoring of workshop equipment,including the production index,process parameters,such as to command and coordination and guarantee the production quality.%在锌冶炼过程中为了提高冶炼效率,多会运用到计算机过程控制系统,以此来提升冶炼自动化的水平、提升国际竞争优势.锌冶炼中无论是原材料的检测和输送还是在电解车间产出阴极锌,都是由DCS控制室进行跟踪和控制的,该系统可以对车间的设备情况进行实时监控,对生产指标、工艺参数等进行指挥和协调,保障生产质量.
