厚皮指症3例

We present 3 patients (one male and two females) with pachydermodactyly. The major mani-festations were asymptomatic soft tissue hypertrophy of the lateral and dorsal aspects of the proximal interpha-langeal (PIP) joints. X-ray showed soft tissue swelling involved in PIP joints in all the patients. No bone and joint abnormality were found. Biopsy specimen revealed epidermis hyperkeratosis, proliferation of fibrous tissue and fibroblasts in dermis. Two patients were untreated and one was treated with local injection of glucocortico-steroid, but not effective. There was no change of the lesion after 4~6 months follow-up.%本文报道3例厚皮指症(男1例，女2例)患者。主要表现为近端指间(PIP)关节两侧或/和背侧无症状性软组织扁平肿胀。3例患者双手 X 线检查均见受累关节周围软组织肿胀，未见骨及关节异常；1例关节膨大处软组织病理示表皮过度角化，真皮层纤维组织及成纤维细胞增生。2例未治疗，1例行皮损内糖皮质激素注射治疗，无明显疗效。患者随访4~6个月病情无明显变化。
