腺苷钴胺治疗单纯性老年瘙痒症疗效观察

摘要

目的：评价腺苷钴胺针剂治疗单纯性老年瘙痒症的疗效。方法：将80例患者随机分为两组，治疗组40例，给予腺苷钴胺针剂1.0 mg肌注，每日1次；外用尿素软膏，每日2次。对照组40例，单独给予尿素软膏外用，每日2次。治疗2周后评价疗效和不良反应。结果：治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为62.5％和27.5％，差异有显著性(P<0.01)。两组治疗过程中均未出现不良反应。结论：腺苷钴胺针剂治疗单纯性老年瘙痒症安全、有效。%Objective:To assess the therapeutic efficacy of adenosylcobalamin injection in the treatment of simple senile pruritus. Methods:Eighty patients were divided randomly into two groups. The treatment group (40 cases) was treated with adenosylcobalamin injection (1.0 mg, intramuscularly), once a day, and topical urea ointment, twice daily. The control group ( 40 cases) was treated with topical urea ointment only, twice daily. The therapeutic effects and the adverse effects were assessed at week 2 after the treatment. Results:The total clinical efficacies in the treatment group and control group was 62. 5% and 27. 5% respectively, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.01). There were no adverse effects in the two groups. Conclusion:Adenosylcobalamin injection is safe and effective in treatment of senile pruritus.
