New U.S.-Russia Nuclear Disarmament Treaty And the Myth of ＂No Nukes＂ World

U.S.president Barack Obama and Russian president Dimitri A. Medvedev recently signed a new U.S.-Russia treaty on cutting offensive strategic weapons which has some positive impact on promoting the process of nuclear disarmament in the world.Seen from a deep perspective,however,the new treaty is mainly of symbolic significance with limited role in reality.
