摘要

The cross-Strait relations have accomplished historical transition,and thus entered into an era of peaceful development. The 'Taiwan-related diplomacy',along with its implementation,is increasingly strengthening its leading role and bearing fruits in the process of exchanges,thereby creating a favorable international atmosphere for the peaceful development of cross-Strait relations and the consolidation of the 'one China configuration'.
