Twelve years ago,East Asian cooperation started during the Asian financial crisis.A dozen years later,East Asian cooperation was upgraded to a new height during a more widespread global financial crisis.In recent years,regional cooperation in East Asia has unfolded its dynamic force and made further progress.The'10(ASEAN)+3(China,Japan and ROK)'and'10(ASEAN)
