Progress of Small-angle Scattering Study of Solution Structure of nsp13 Protein and Its RNA Complex from Coronavirus

         

摘要

nsp13 helicase,the nonstructural protein of coronavirus,can unravel the double helix structure of nucleic acid and play an important role in virus replication.It is also one of the important drug targets.Small-angle neutron scattering(SANS)technology has its unique features in the study of the structure and function of viral proteins,including:1)investigating biomolecules in solution under near physiological conditions.
