Spent fuel reprocessing is one of the most important parts in the whole nuclear fuel cycle,and also the object of nuclear safeguards.The measurement of U and Pu concentration in reprocessing is particularly important for nuclear material accounting.The technology for the determination of Pu concentration and isotope composition simultaneously in spent fuel dissolver solution—the isotope dilution gamma-ray spectroscopy(IDGS)technology was researched internationally.IDGS technology combines the advantages of high resolution,low energy gamma-ray spectrometry and isotope dilution method.
