Small-angle Scattering Study of Structure of 17-4PH Stainless Steel Valve Stem Due to Thermal Aging Effect

摘要

The thermal aging effect of 17-4PH stainless steel stem used in a nuclear power plant(NPP)in China after long-term service at about 300℃have been studied by small-angle neutron scattering(SANS)technique,atomic probe tomography(APT),electron microscopy(EM),impact ener gy test and also theoretical simulation.
