Simulation in Design of Extended Bonner Sphere System

摘要

In the design of extended Bonner sphere system,because of the lack of high energy neutron cross section,firstly the model INCL+DWBA in the Monte Carlo code PHITS was used to calculate the response function of 3 structures of 357,457 and 468 structure,and 6 kinds of materials of Be,Bi,Cu,Pb,Zr,and PE in the range of20-100 MeV.
