可见波段LED光谱标准灯的研制

     

摘要

In the field of optical radiation measurement, due to the lack of a standard light source with sufficient spectral power in the 380~450 nm band, the measurement uncertainty of this band is significantly higher than that of the rest of the visible light band and could not meet the needs of high-precision measurement requirement. Based on LED multi-spectral matching technology, a kind of wide band LED light source was developed to extend the spectrum of white LED to the entire visible spectrum band. This work provides a new technical route for the development of standard light source. The experimental results show that the wide spectrum LEDs composed by six kinds of LED chips and the special phosphors have good repeatability and stability. The repeatability of the optical flux is better than 0.3%, and the repeatability of the color temperature is 3 K, which is equivalent to that of the incandescent standard lamp. The wide spectrum LED is used as the standard lamp to measure the total luminous flux and chromatic coordinates of the red, green, blue and white LEDs, the deviation from the incandescent standard is within the range of uncertainty.%在光辐射测量领域由于缺少在380~450 nm波段光谱功率足够大的标准光源, 使得该波段的测量不确定度明显高于其余可见光波段, 不能满足高精度测量的需求.基于LED多光谱匹配技术, 研制了一种宽波段LED光源, 将白光LED的光谱拓展至整个可见光波段.该方法为标准光源的研制提供了一条新的技术路线.实验结果表明, 6种LED芯片与特制荧光粉所匹配的宽光谱LED具有良好的重复性和稳定性, 光通量的重复性优于0.3%, 色温的重复性为3 K, 与白炽标准灯相当;用所研制的宽光谱LED作为标准灯标定红、绿、蓝、白LED的总光通量和色品坐标与白炽标准灯的偏差在不确定度范围之内.
