According to the uneven brightness problem of OLED active driving , this experiment aims at researching the source follower and the constant current of traditional driving circuits with two -MOS, and the improved current-programmed driving circuit with four-MOS.The test results show that the constant current driver is more stable and more economical , and the current-programmed driver not only overcomes the problem of the uneven brightness which caused by the non-uniformity and the shift of pixel threshold voltage, but also realizes the linear gray level control .The experimental results help to improve the quality of OLED display and provide reference for the development of OLED lighting technology .%针对OLED有源驱动中亮度的非均匀性问题,通过实验研究了传统两管驱动的源极跟随型和恒定电流型电路,及其改进的四管电流编程型驱动电路。测试结果表明:恒定电流型电路更稳定更节能;电流编程型驱动电路不仅克服了各像素阈值分散性和阈值漂移引起的亮度不均匀问题,而且实现了线性的灰度控制。该实验结果在有助于提高OLED显示质量的同时,也为OLED照明技术的开发提供参考。
