基于旋转涂覆法的LED远程配光器件研究

     

摘要

Taking quartz glass as substrate,we used Spin coater machine to help coating phosphor on the substrate by rotating centrifugal effect.Making test lamp of continuous and adjustable distance from the chip to phosphor sheet,we researched effects of the distance and current to remote phosphor LED.When the current is small,we found that the emitting efficiency reached 106.18 lm/W which could replace most of the small power application,and the emitting efficiency reached 93.32 lm/W in a high power,with that the color rendering index was 85.2,and the correlated color temperature ranged from 4809K to 6690K.The design of the adjustable test device had reference value to the development for different environment of LED lamp.The establishment of the parameter t could help do sensitivity analysis,which had the guiding sense to the important parameter of coarse to LED lamp.%以石英玻璃为基片,使用匀胶机将荧光粉胶通过旋转离心作用涂覆在基片上,自制连续可调芯片与荧光粉胶薄片距离的测试灯具,探究距离和电流对LED远程配光器件参数值的影响规律,当电流较小时,发光效率可达106.18lm/W,能替换大部分小功率应用,在大功率时发光效率达93.32lm/W,显色指数达85.2,相关色温可达4809~6690K.本文设计的连续可调测试器件对研制适用不同环境的LED灯具有参考价值,设立速率变化参数t进行参数敏感度分析,对粗调微调LED灯重要参数具有指导意义.
