LED汽车前大灯光源三维设计与性能分析

     

摘要

This paper analyzes how the package surface expansion coefficient and the angle of light emitting change when LED light source is extended from two-dimensional package to 3D package.On this basis, the 3D LED light sources of the automobile headlamp with three different package lengths and different powers is designed and manufactured The test results show the luminous flux of 3 D package source increases linearly with the input current .When the actual light-emitting power was 15.2 W, the luminous flux is up to 2000 lm required by the high beam at the headlight .The energy saving effect is obvious .The color temperature will increase with the input current .The luminous efficiency and the color coordinate will decrease with .The color rendering index remained unchanged basically .%分析了LED光源由平面封装扩展为三维封装时的封装面扩展系数和出光角度的变化. 在此基础上, 设计并制造了三种不同封装长度、 不同功率的三维LED汽车前大灯光源. 测试结果表明, 三维封装光源的光通量随注入电流的增大线性增加, 当光源的实际发光功率为15.2 W时, 光通量即达到汽车前大灯远光灯照明所需的2000 lm, 节能效果明显. 三维封装光源的色温随注入电流的增加而增加, 而发光效率和色坐标均随注入电流的增加而降低, 显色指数基本保持不变.
