反刍动物营养调控降低环境污染研究进展

摘要

人们在动物生产中为了单纯追求较高的生产效益,常常给动物提供配比不合理的日粮,从而导致多余的营养物质随着动物的粪便、尿液等排出体外,污染环境.因此,动物营养是影响环境的关键因素.文章从无机氮磷、金属元素、抗生素等方面介绍了反刍动物营养与环境的研究进展,为减少养殖业对环境产生污染提供一定参考.%In order to achieve higher efficiency in animal production,animals fed the rationunreasonable formula and excess nutrients were excreted with animal feces and urine,this resulted in the environment polluted. So,animal nutrition was the key factor affecting environment.In this paper,the research progress of relation between ruminant nutrition and environment were reviewed in respect of inorganic nitrogen,phosphorus,metal elements,antibiotics and so on,so as to provide the technical guidance reducing the environment pollution for the animal husbandry.
