In accordance with different characteristics of blending reclaimer and stacker reclaimer, by performing the test and research, Fe-Cr-V wear resistant surfacing alloy and 99812 type ceramic wear resistant material have been respectively used for the blending reclaimer hopper and the stacker reclaimer hopper, so as to achieve the desired effect.%针对烧结厂混匀取料机和堆取料机的不同特点,通过试验研究得出,在混匀取料机和堆取料机料斗上分别采用Fe-Cr-V耐磨堆焊合金和99812型陶瓷耐磨材料可以达到最佳效果.
