吸入治疗联合常规肺功能检测在儿童哮喘中的临床应用

摘要

目的：分析吸入治疗联合常规肺功能检测在儿童哮喘中的临床应用。方法选取我院收治的哮喘患儿共330例，正常小儿330例为对照组，对两组患儿进行治疗对比。结果慢性期以及急性发作期 FEV、PEF、FVC 等指标明显低于对照组。（P<0.05）具有统计学意义。结论在对哮喘患儿检查中，采用常规肺功能检测，同时配合吸入治疗能够起到很好的临床治疗效果，值得推广使用。%Objective Clinical analysis of inhalation therapy combined with routine pulmonary function testing in children with asthma. Methods Children with asthma in our hospital were selected out of a total of 330 patients,and 330 normal children were selected as control group,for asthmatic children with inhalation therapy. Results but the chronic and acute exacerbation of FEV,PEF,(P < 0.05) with significant differences. Conclusion In the examination in children with asthma,is worthy to be popularized.
