探讨消化内科老年病人护理中存在的安全隐患及相应对应措施

ObjectiveTo explore the digestive internal medicine elderly patients nursing security hidden danger existing in the process, and formulate corresponding measures.Methods Selected from undergraduate course on June 6, 2012 ~ December 2013 digestive internal medicine treated patients aged over 60 years old, a total of 100 cases randomly divided into control group and observation group.Results The observation group of patients nursing quality, dispute of nurses and patients, and the patient's satisfaction has significant advantages, which contrast was statisticaly significant (P< 0.05).Conclusion The digestive internal medicine taking risk management management pattern, worth clinical promotion.%目的：探究消化内科老年患者护理过程中存在的安全隐患，并针对性的制定对应措施。方法选自本科2012年6月~2013年12月消化内科收治的年龄在60岁以上的患者共100例，随机将其分为对照组与观察组。结果观察组患者护理质量、护患纠纷以及患者的满意度均具有显著优越性，两者对比有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论消化内科采取了风险管理的管理模式，值得临床推广。
