动力髋螺钉与防旋股骨近端髓内钉在股骨转子间骨折治疗中的应用价值分析

摘要

目的：对防旋股骨近端髓内钉与动力髋螺钉在股骨转子间骨折治疗中的应用价值进行分析。方法将84例股骨转子间骨折患者随机分为对照组和治疗组，每组42例。对照组采用动力髋螺钉治疗，治疗组采用防旋股骨近端髓内钉治疗。结果治疗组患者股骨转子间骨折疾病治疗效果明显优于对照组。结论防旋股骨近端髓内钉在股骨转子间骨折手术治疗中具有较高应用价值。%Objective To prevent rotation of proximal femoral intramedullary nail and the dynamic hip screw in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture application value in the analysis of.Methods 84 cases of femoral intertrochanteric fractures were randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 42 cases in each. The control group was treated by dynamic hip screw, anti rotation and proximal femur in the treatment of intramedulary nail treated by two groups.Results The treatment was better than the control group treatment effect in patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture.Conclusion The anti rotation of proximal femoral intramedullary nail in femoral intertrochanteric fractures has higher application value in the treatment of operation.
