妇产科急腹症临床治疗分析

摘要

Objective To summarize and analyze the clinical diagnosis and treatment of gynecological acute abdomen.MethodsFrom June 2013 to June 2014, Selected 110 gynecological patients with acute abdomen in our hospital as the objects,retrospectively analysed clinical data.Results There were ectopic pregnancy, rupture of corpus corpus, torsion of ovarian cyst, acute pelvic inflammatory disease, ovarian cyst rupture in 110 cases of patients,al patients were discharged after received positive treatment. Conclusion Acute disease of Obstetrics and Gynecology rapid onset, should be in the early stage to conduct a comprehensive inspection, clear etiology, according to the examination results are effective treatment to improve clinical curative effect.%目的：总结分析妇产科急腹症了临床诊治要点。方法选取我院2013年6月～2014年6月收入院治疗的妇产科急腹症患者共110例为研究对象，收集患者的临床治疗资料进行回顾性分析。结果入组的110例患者中疾病分布包括：异位妊娠、黄体破裂、卵巢囊肿蒂扭转、急性盆腔炎、卵巢囊肿破裂，所有患者接受积极治疗后顺利出院。结论妇产科急腹症发病急骤，应在早期进行全面检查，明确病因，依据检查结果进行有效的治疗以提高临床治疗效果。
