目的：老年冠心病心律不齐运用胺碘酮治疗后的效果给予分析。方法92例冠心病心律不齐的老年患者，按照组别细分成对照组与实验组，各组46例，对照组采取的方法是慢心律，而实验组采取胺碘酮。结果对照组中整体效率是76.09%，实验组整体效率是89.13%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），两组副反应对比，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论老年冠心病心律不齐运用胺碘酮治疗的疗效比慢心律的效果更佳，同时并未明显副反应。%Objective To analyze the effect of amiodarone in treating aged coronary heart disease patients with arrhythmia.Methods 92 cases of coronary heart disease with arrhythmia were selected as study objects. They were divided into control group and observation group, 46 cases in each group. The control group was given mexiletine while observation group was given amiodarone.Results Overal efficiency of control group was 76.09%, and observation group was 89.13%, the difference was statisticaly significant (P<0.05). Compared the side reaction of the two groups, the difference was not statisticaly significant (P>0.05).Conclusion The application of amiodarone in treating aged coronary heart disease patients with arrhythmia has better effect and no obvious side reactions.
