玻璃酸钠关节腔注射配合针灸推拿在退行性膝关节炎治疗的应用价值分析

摘要

Objective Discussion of sodium hyaluronate with acupuncture and massage in treatment of degenerative arthritis of the knee value. Methods Selected 78 cases of patients with degenerative arthritis of the knee and divided into two groups. The control group underwent intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate treatment group underwent intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate with acupuncture and massage therapy,compared to the therapeutic effect. Results The treatment group of clinical symptom score was significantly lower than the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Degenerative arthritis of the knee to take sodium hyaluronate with acupuncture and massage therapy has a significant ef ect.%目的：探讨玻璃酸钠配合针灸推拿治疗退行性膝关节炎的应用价值。方法选78例退行性膝关节炎患者并分成两组，对照组行玻璃酸钠关节腔注射，治疗组行玻璃酸钠关节腔注射配合针灸推拿疗法，对比治疗效果。结果治疗组各项临床症状评分低于对照组（P ＜0.05）。结论退行性膝关节炎采取玻璃酸钠配合针灸推拿疗法，疗效良好。
