抗心磷脂抗体阳性早孕复发性流产应用激素类药物结合阿司匹林治疗的临床疗效观察

摘要

Objective To study hormone drugs combined aspirin in the treatment of anticardiolipin antibody positive early recurrent spontaneous abortion. Methods In our hospital in 2013 February to February 2015,chose anticardiolipin antibody positive early recurrent abortion patients with 100 cases as the research object, randomly divided into two groups. Patients in control group were treated with human chorionic gonadotropin,the observation group on the basis of the control group using oral aspirin treatment. Comparative analysis the therapeutic effect of the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was more than that of the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions was less than that of the control group.Conclusion Hormone drugs combined with aspirin in the treatment of anticardiolipin antibody positive early recurrent spontaneous abortion has significant therapeutic effect.%目的：研究激素类药物结合阿司匹林治疗抗心磷脂抗体阳性早孕复发性流产的治疗效果。方法选取我院2013年2月～2015年2月收治的抗心磷脂抗体阳性早孕复发性流产患者100例为研究对象，将其随机分为2组，对照组采用人绒毛膜促性腺激素进行治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上口服阿司匹林进行治疗，比较分析2组治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组，不良反应发生率低于对照组。结论激素类药物结合阿司匹林治疗抗心磷脂抗体阳性早孕复发性流产的治疗效果满意。
