Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on the comfort degree of patients with indweling catheter before and after anesthesia in abdominal operation.Methods 84 patients with abdominal surgery in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2014 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. Patients in control group received routine nursing. The patients in experimental group received comprehensive nursing intervention. The comfort of the two groups were compared. ResultsThe clinical nursing of patients in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Combined nursing intervention in patients with abdominal operation is helpful to improve the comfort degree of patients with indweling catheter,and strengthen the effect of surgical treatment.%目的 探讨护理干预对腹部手术患者麻醉前后留置导尿管舒适度的影响.方法 本次研究选择我院外科2014年1月~2015年1月收治的84例腹部手术患者为观察对象,随机将其分为对照组和实验组,对照组患者接受常规护理,实验组患者接受综合护理干预,对比分析两组患者的舒适度.结果 实验组患者临床护理后各项观察指标以及舒适度评定结果均优于对照组,两组患者临床护理效果对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 腹部手术患者在麻醉前后接受综合护理干预,有助于患者留置导尿管舒适度的提高,并巩固手术治疗效果.
