分阶段心理护理干预对脑卒中患者康复的影响

摘要

目的：研究分阶段心理护理干预对脑卒中患者康复的影响。方法选取我科60例脑卒中患者，将其分为两组（各30例），对照组常规护理措施，观察组分阶段心理护理干预措施。结果观察组患者护理后SAS、SDS、FMA、MBI评分均显著优于对照组，差异有显著性（P＜0.05）。结论分阶段心理护理干预措施可显著改善患者心理障碍，促使患者早日康复。%Objective To study the stages of psychological nursing intervention on the rehabilitation of stroke patients.Methods60 cases of stroke patients in our department wil be divided into two groups (30 patients) and control group routine care measures, observe the group stages psychological care interventions.Results The patient care after SAS, SDS, FMA, MBI scores were significantly better than the control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The stages of psychological care interventions can significantly improve mental disorders, to promote early recovery of patients.
