早期介入治疗对非ST段抬高性急性冠脉综合征患者生存率的影响

摘要

目的：研究给予非ST段抬高性急性冠脉综合征患者早期介入治疗对生存率的影响。方法选取2014年3月~2015年1月，在我院收治的54例非ST段抬高性急性冠脉综合征患者，并随机分为对照组和实验组。对照组27例非ST段抬高性急性冠脉综合征患者给予延长介入治疗，实验组27例患者给予早期介入治疗，对比两组患者的生存率。结果与对照组非ST段抬高性急性冠脉综合征患者比较，实验组患者的死亡率更低（P＜0.05）。结论给予非ST段抬高性急性冠脉综合征患者早期介入治疗具有显著的效果，可以有效地降低死亡率。%Objective Early studies give non-ST segment elevation acute coronary interventional treatment effect on survival syndrome.Methods March 2014 to January 2015 period, in our hospital, 54 patients with non-ST segment elevation acute coronary syndrome were randomly divided into control and experimental groups. The control group of 27 patients with non-ST segment elevation acute coronary syndrome patients given prolonged intervention, the experimental group of 27 patients were given an early intervention, the survival rate compared two groups of patients. Results Compared with control group of non-ST segment elevation acute coronary syndrome, the experimental group, a lower mortality (P<0.05).Conclusion give non-ST segment elevation acute coronary syndrome patients with early intervention therapy has a significant effect, can effectively reduce mortality.
