浅谈如何做好卫生计生事业单位工人技术等级考核工作

摘要

This paper discussed the background of grade assessment that technical workers worked in IPPF health institution. We discussed the necessity of the assessment. Then we discussed the importance of the assessment from several aspects,for example,improving the management mechanism, strengthening the building,and so on. At the end,we proposed some suggestions which can conform to reality.%卫生计生事业单位工人技术等级考核是技术工人业务水平和工作能力的评价指标，在卫生计生人力资源管理工作中占有非常重要的地位。本文首先论述当前卫生计生事业单位工人技术等级考核的背景，分析其开展的必要性，再从完善管理机制、加强队伍建设、稳定技术工人队伍、促进技术工人主动进行继续教育等方面阐述卫生计生事业单位工人技术等级考核的重要性，最后根据当前工作中的实际情况提出几点建议。
