双J管内引流术治疗肾积水的临床分析

摘要

Objective Clinical effect of double-J tube drainage in treatment of hydronephrosis is to be studied.Methods Chose 49 patients of hydronephrosis who were treated in hospital from July 2012 to January 2015 and treated al these patients with conventional surgery treatment of double-J tube drainage and then summarized treatment effect.ResultsThere was no death case of al 49 patients and there were 4 cases of complication after patients’ surgery treatment,the complication incidence was 8.2%,while,al of patients were cured after positive symptomatic treatment. Al patients’ hydronephrosis symptom were relieved to some extent and their kidney function were improved significantly when they were examined by IVU and B-ultrasound after two month’s surgery treatment.Conclusion Double-J tube drainage is of clinical efficacy in treatment of hydronephrosis,it is conducive to improving patients’ clinical symptoms and kidney function; besides,it issignificant to reduce surgical complication.%目的：对双J管内引流术治疗肾积水的临床疗效进行分析研究。方法选取于2012年7月～2015年1月在我院接受治疗的49例肾积水患者，所有患者均给予双J管内引流术为基础的手术方式进行治疗，并对手术效果进行总结。结果本组的49例患者均无一死亡，术后有4例患者出现并发症，术后并发症发生率为8.2%，经过积极的对症治疗后以上患者均痊愈，术后2个月患者到院进行IVU以及B超检查，所有患者的肾积水均有不同程度的减轻，患者的肾功能改善。结论双J管内引流术治疗肾积水具有临床效果，能改善患者的临床症状及肾功能，对降低术后并发症发生率具有重要的作用。
